Pros: Cuts quickly and accurately, once you figure out all the problems. Good price/deal with the rolled vinyl bundle. Cons: Quick setup instructions could be a LOT better. "Beginner" tutorial leaves out steps/explanations that could save waste and frustration. I had to research/watch videos for a lot that should have been shown in the tutorial (i.e., using the board, installing the software, using the pen/tools, vague error messages). Yes, I was a "rank" beginner, so don't judge me. I saw a small right-angle plastic piece (front door/tray closure tab) was broken off, but it's still usable. No decent/safe storage for the blades, only for the pen/weeding tool. Won't auto-connect to my laptop; I have to set up the connection every time (three steps and an admin password). Blade caps are too soft to prevent blades from poking through to your finger. Blades need color coding to show which is the "small" and which is the "large" blade...they look the same to me.
