Omg I’ve take milk of magnesia, detox teas, and other brands of this seed. All my made my stomach hurt and when I went to the bathroom it was more water that actual poop. I took this last night and I was surprised how backed up I was. I went to the bathroom a lot and it was not diarrhea. No stomach pains. Just flat belly!! I know this stuff works in many ways. It also helps you sweat 10x more during a work out. Helps reduce inches way faster when you’re on a diet or not. This is the only magic pill/seed.

This product works! I haven’t been on the scale yet but I can see the results. With all things good come a little bad. The side effects are awful! Diarrhea, heartburn.. I developed little lumps under my jaw and torso. I was incredibly achy for a solid 3-4 days (like I worked out, hard). Most of the side effects have calmed down except the diarrhea…I’m only a couple weeks in but can’t wait to jump on the scale at the 1 month mark!

So I’m going to start my journey today 10/10/22. I currently weight 174 and I’m 5’2. I’ve done some research on this product and I decided To give it a try ! I read That you need to drink a ton of water and to take potassium pills and eat bananas so I did Just that. Also I counted All my pieces and I have 100 pieces and the lid was sealed so so far so good ! I was Having low potassium symptoms( irregular heart beat, sweating , fatigue) so it kinda scared me . I noticed This happened when I took A big piece . I took A smaller piece the next day and I wasnt Hurting so bad . I think I’ll start with the small pieces untill my body can adjust

Please do not buy this , I used it on and off bc my stomach wasn’t able to handle it because it would just simply make my body so weak and have so much stomach pain, 3 days later I ended up in the hospital due to his affecting my kidney function and my intestines please please do not buy this I would suggest simply workout at this point going to the hospital and medication was not worth it , or probably get the actual brand one but me personally did not work

I am going to be completely honest, this is only my opinion. I have used this product for 5 and a half months now and i do like the results from it HOWEVER, with that said..... i suddenly have issues with my liver and I'm not saying they are connected but i am not saying they aren't. There is no facts one way or the other. But my doctor suggested I stop using this (since it is the only new 'vitamin' i started in 2022. I don't recommend long term use if you do decide to use this product. I did lose weight but possibly gained a health issue at the price of this tiny pill. POSSIBLY....

The media could not be loaded.  06/22/22 - Despite all the warnings I decided to give this product a try. I just weighted myself and I’m at 178.80 lbs. I will post weekly updates on weight loss and health changes. The package arrived in perfect conditions. Mine did come with a seal and the roots seem pretty fresh (light color and smooth texture) given that other users advised that if the roots looked dark and dry they’re more than likely old and/or expired. Also, another user mentioned that the original root will have a bitter taste as opposed to the fake ones that don’t have any taste at all. I just had my fist piece and it was pretty bitter. I will follow the advice on the label as well as the recommendations from other users to drink lots of water and eat at least one banana a day. Wish me luck! ✌️
