This flag is made from a durable polyester-type material that actually becomes unfurled in a considerably lighter breeze than a heavier nylon flag. So for those of us that believe a flag's purpose is to be proudly waving in a light wind, this is like having a kite attached to your flagpole. The design on the flag with the Huey choppers, M16 carbines, helmets, & battered soldiers cannot help but tug at the hearts and minds of every Vietnam Veteran. The background includes a blended-in effect that simply states, "All Gave Some" "Some Gave All" . I also particularly like the fact that the size of the campaign ribbon for the Vietnam War is displayed large enough on the flag that it can be seen from quite a distance away. I believe that every Vietnam Veteran should own one of these flags despite the fact that they may not have a pole to fly it from.......These would still look great on a wall, or in a window, or unfortunately at the gravesite of a deceased brother-in-arms.

The media could not be loaded.  We have bought two of these flags...one for our flag pole at home and one for a portable flag pole that we have for air camper.

I served in Nam from Jan. 1968 to Feb. 1969 as a proud Marine. Got into country two days before the infamous TET offensive of 1968. Very scary times to say the least incl. memories that you just can't ever read about or view on a big movie or T.V. screen to do your experience justice, and that's the way it should be. War is a very private affair that can only truly be shared with others who were in the same boat as you were. And this is why this flag holds special meaning for me.

Pretty flag but not two sided, can only be hung in one direction. Fabric super thin and flimsy, won't hold up long, I do not think.

Nice but hope it isn't like the last I got where the color faded out.

It was perfect to fly on March 29 to honor all Vietnam Veterans and the anniversary of my dad passing
