Windows shows 60 hertz only for this screen but tcl claims 120 hertz. what is the actual true refresh rate?

HERE IS THE REALITY: The Human eye can ONLY handle around 25 Hz so you will NEVER see 60 to 120 Hz to begin with. You just won't, especially considering that IF and that is a very big IF you have a Monitor which will actually refresh at that rate when gaming you are not paying that much attention anyway oh SURE it sounds cool and Technical to most but it is just DOUBLE SPEAK in reality. FACT is I Own this Monitor and have it connected to a Xbox One S, 4K Fire Cube and a Bose CineMate 120 and it is VERY Impressive and as about as far as you can push the Xbox One S or even the Xbox Series S OR X. I could go into the Whole HDR10 Dolby Vision and Atmos but I won't. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT TV FOR GAMING and STREAMIN 'NUFF SAID!

Is this tv only roku? or can you see all broadcast stations? is it a normal tv?

You can watch normal TV with an antenna. You do not need internet to use the antenna. You can also hook anything such as PC, DVD, VCR, etc. even phone to TV HDMI.
