The factory pump was very noisy, so once the pump stop pumping water I bought this replacement. Very easy to install once I turned the power back on and purge mode started you could not even hear the pump running, but the water flow out of the jets was perfect. I going to buy another pump for my second pump soon.

Pumps work very well, the barb connector I had on my previous pump would not work on this pump. Thought I read or in the video it stated I would be able to use the old. Just have to get a different one. Price point on pumps was a very good value. I had to retrofit a little bit the price point was nice

They failed to tell me it DIDNOT come with the bleeder barb necessary to install AND that it was a different thread so I had to purchase their barb for an extra $12.83 and wait for another week for it to arrive. Had it been a universal part it would have been $3 at the hardware store, same day. Won't happen again. Working fine now, will have to see how long it lasts before I can give it an honest durability rating.

This is an exact replacement for the Guangdong LX WUA400-II. I have a Jacuzzi J280 and it fit perfect. The service tech want over $400 and I did it for the $100 cost of this part! Also customer service is amazing. Text them a pic of any part and they send a link back! This is my new go to for Hot Tub parts.

Detective leaking out of seal. Refunded only half of purchase price for restocking fee for something defective. Don't buy from them. Bad policies and bad quality control.

This vendor is very clever! I'm a novice spa repair man, and this guy makes it all easy to understand. His video was very helpful during my initial investigation, while trying to understand what spa pump wet-end I actually needed for my spa. If his video wasn't made, I would have certainly bought the wrong wet-end, since there are important differences between different models, even though they all look the same. I was quoted $400 for this same part by a local Jacuzzi authorized dealer / repair technician. Found it here for $88. It took 30 minutes to install it, and 20 minutes of that was spent getting the motor out of the spa! The pump is once again quiet, and running without leaks.

I replaced my wet end that is rated at 6HP two stage motor, with this 4HP model that is identical. Honestly I'm not sure what the difference is between them (bearing is identical). Running for weeks now and happy thank you.
