I ran across this company ages ago and liked their ethics right away. They give a lot of information concerning their top of the line products which is always helpful. I was using a tablespoon of regular coconut in coffee every morning but know the MCT oil cuts right to the chase so to speak and I am getting the correct amount in my 1st cup of coffee each day. The product is pricey so was happy to be able to purchase 2 by waiting for a discount. Very happy. Will keep looking for discounts and purchase again.

Not sure why, but I took this product to help overall general brain health. Then I realized -- OMG I'm SLEEPING. Glorious all night sound not restless sleep. It probably took about 30-60 days to realize and feel the effects, but I have unintentionally tested it when I forgot to take it and I did not sleep.I take about 1/2-1 teaspoon (don't take too much - it can bother your tummy) at night before bed with a little water.I give it away all the time hoping others will have the same effect.

This was purchased to try in my bulletproof coffee. I've tried other oils with good results, however, a teaspoon of this MCT resulted in stomach upset for me. The bottle appear very strong and thick yet the twist cap is easily stripped and leaks.

I put a tablespoon in my morning coffee/chocolate. It is a great way to take this product and enjoy it.

This is an excellent addition to my husband's diet. He is gaining weight!
