Did the job!
A little more than I wanted to spend but it certainly removed the scratch from my car's windshield. Would buy again but probably won't have to because it is of good quality.

This was a learning experience. Ultimately positive, but some learning and some effort was required. First, I reviewed several YouTube videos on methods to polish out windshield wiper "rubs". I ordered this wheel, plus some cerium oxide powder. Someone said to be patient. They were right. The job required three separate applications. For the first I used my 18 volt drill with the wheel. Small progress, lots of effort to control the drill. For second effort I shifted to my Craftsman corded grinder/polisher. More progress, but not total success. The third effort got me the result that I wanted. Be patient and maintain wetness of polishing powder in use.

wheel fell off
purchase this wheel polisher to remove scratches from my glass windshield car. after only 5 min. use the wheel flew off the shaft! the shaft is only pressed on to the buffing wheel. won't stay on. keeps spinning. waste of money!

Must have for removing glass scratches
Well made and durable. Works great with a drill. If you want to remove scratches from a windshield, you must have this drill attachment to work in the Cerium Oxide. Quality product for the job it's designed for.
