I've purchased this before and it has always worked well. It doesn't have a harsh smell so it is pleasant to use. Mostly I use it when I walk my dogs around 8 pm. During summer months the mosquitoes are brutal and ankles will be destroyed with bites but this prevents those attacks. I took one star away only because the bottle arrived with some contents missing. I don't believe it leaked at all, I checked the packaging well and couldn't see any leaks at all when I moved the bottle around. It seems that perhaps it was used, returned, and then sent to me as a new item. So it would appear that I may have paid full price for a used product containing less than it should have as a brand new item.

I have used this product for years while gardening. I like the scent, the ease of spray, and I feel it works well, especially keeping mosquitoes away while I am gardening. I spray my garden clothing outside before gardening. I usually wear a mask while spraying to keep from inhaling any spray.

The first time I bought this product was at a Super Walmart store, I rather have mosquitoes to bite me than use products containing DEET ( I am allergic to their bite also) that smell is so much for my senses, it causes me headaches and dizziness, it goes direct to my brain, feeling like I was spraying over me that stuff that I see in TV to bring people back from a faint or a pass out...that is only the smell of deet! now so many of them leave a sticky residue, it is an annoying feeling, Florida is super humid and plus sticky stuff over my skin it makes everything worse. This is practically the only mosquito repellent that I can wear and don't have any issues with, the smell is pleasant no sticky residue over my skin, no smelly clothes neither, after a while the smell dissipates but the protection remains for hours, very effective against these disease carrier, bad and annoying bugs, we have them here all year long. Only one small problem and it is not with the product but the bottle pump, sometimes it works but sometimes I have to pump repeatedly many times tilting the bottle to a different position to make it work again, I will recommend this product to anybody out there who feels the same way I feel about the strong smell of other products and the issue of greasy or sticky residue left on the skin. This product protects me as much as the smelly deet ones, just love it :) Thank you Cutter for such effective and wonderful product.
