Excellent for sun glare. Very nice carry case. Fits my larger and smaller laptops. Nice zipper pocket for pens, small notebook and mouse.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Good quality, strong velcro keeps it in the form you want. My only tip is make sure the wind isn't at your back because it does form a bit of a wind catcher. Overall, I am looking forward to working outside!

Says it fits a 14 inch laptop, but it was to small. Quality was nice though.

I tried several sun shades and this is the one I kept. There were no reviews when I purchased it so I wanted to let others on the hunt know that this is a winner. It is not flat, lightweight and ultra portable like the ones that perch atop the screen, of which I tried two and returned both because they would not stay put on a MacBook or ThinkPad even when they were sitting perfectly still on a table inside. This one doubles as a case and protects the laptop from sea-spray, etc. The sunshade flaps are sturdy and stay in place with strong Velcro that secure the top to the sides as well as flaps on the bottom that go underneath the laptop, completely encasing the back and bottom and top. I tried a case that was similar but even the smallest size was huge. This one I used for hours on the beach without issue. It stands up to wind and provided the shade I needed to be able to work for hours. No one wants to have to work on a beach but if you have to, this is the one!
