Conocí la marca por mi jefe en la oficina, vi la calidad de manufactura y la alta calidad del material (acero inoxidable sin terminaciones oxidadas u obscuras, ni irregulares como encontré en otras cafeteras chinas) y sobre todo este último punto, no es la clásica cafetera de aluminio que abunda en las tiendas y que daña poco a poco la salud. Las piezas arman perfecto, se lavan fácil, no hay fugas, derrames ni problemas. Una olla de presión eficiente y saludable, que no modifica el sabor de tu bebida.

This is now one of my favorite possessions. It is beautiful and sturdy, it makes a delightful sound when the coffee is pushed up through the internal spout, and importantly, it does its job amazingly well--producing excellent, strong espresso(like) coffee, and untainted by poisonous aluminum. I take pride and joy in cooking and preparing as much food and drink from scratch, and at home, as possible, and owning this superb and simple little pot saves me from unhappy, unhealthy and self-contradicting trips to Starbucks. Now I can have all organic espresso and lattes at home and CHOOSE what type of espresso I want to drink. It is wonderful. I am happier, and I think the kitchen is happier and more charming looking as well, for having acquired this device.It makes about two shots of espresso. I'm glad I bought this product and I will buy it again as a gift.

This is a great moka pot. The best cup of joe ever comes from my Aeropress but I decided to go back to a moka pot just to compare since it has been awhile (way over a year or maybe two) since I have used my old Aluminium moka pot. Doing some research I discovered the stainless steel seems to be a more neutral moka pot. Stylish as hell too. Beautiful.Now...... the coffee. I love good coffee. Actually I live for coffee. That is wy I use a Aeropress almost all the time. It produces wow flavors and tastes that you don't find elsewhere. But with the moka pot and some adjustments you can pull a cup of joe that will blow your taste buds away. It took a bit of tweaking or dialing in the correct ratio of fresh burr ground beans. I home roast my own to get the best freaking coffee you have ever had. Right up there with the best. The key to the moka pot is low flame and around a 5 minute brewing time. Just before it starts to bubble out pull it off the flame and place in cold water to stop the extration process. Your done, now pour yourself a really good cup of joe.
