Very happy with my purchase, I wanted the color and the IPhone pro and am so glad I made this purchase. The phone really was in excellent condition, not one scratch on the screen or back. Barely a little nick on left side but only could see it by closely inspecting. The battery wasn’t full but I expected that bc of the reviews and it’s refurbished but the phone functionality is great. Transferred all my old phone info without a problem.

I bought this phone knowing that it was used but since I purchased the iPhone in excellent condition I thought it would have a better battery life but it is at about 80% also it seems that the previous owner put a liquid screen protector on it because the screen protectors I purchased for it will not stick very good nor lay fully flat. But overall the phone itself runs perfectly and is in great condition no scratches or dings.

Phone looks brand new, no scratches etc. battery seems weary n goes down rapidly which kind of sux. Been having issues trying to get the shipping label for my trade in which has been very frustrating! I do love this model much more than my 11pro max! Love the size! Love the ease in setting it up! Transfer to eSIM., went easy. All in all I love it so far and even though battery kinda sux, I love it! (That is why only 4stars)

Overall I’m satisfied with the phone I received for the price. There were some small dents along the side and the ear speaker was a bit dirty but overall the phone runs great, super smooth and well worth the price. The deep purple color was also accurate to the photo

Order the "excellent condition phone". Physically, the phone is amazing, no scratches or dings, all the buttons and cameras work. I have one issue with some random magenta screen glitches every once in a while, but I've read that's just because of the new iOS 26. The reason I can't give 5 stars is the battery. For an excellent condition phone, I would have expected them to replace the battery. Got the phone and the battery was at 85% capacity so I'm going to have to pay an extra $100+ to get my battery replaced at Apple. I've gotten a renewed MacBook from another seller in the past, and the battery was 100% capacity when I got it, and still is almost a year later. EDIT: Also, a minor complaint, but I thought the cable that was supposed to come in the box (based on other reviews) was a USB-C to lightning, but the one I got was a regular USB-A to lightning, AND they didn't send a SIM-card ejector. I was lucky I still had my old one
