Hood was missing; size chart not accurate
On opening the package, the product quality seemed good but I was dismayed that there was no hood included though the description clearly states that the jacket is "Hooded". There was no zip either in the neck/collar region to indicate that a hood can be fixed there. So probably they sent a totally different model/jacket of the same manufacturer. But I must give credit that the jacket quality was very good. Anyway, I have to fly abroad very soon and cannot afford to spend many days ordering a new one so I bought one locally. Secondly, the size chart mentions that for size L (40), the sleeve length is 25 inches. I measured and it is SURELY less than that. Please correct your size chart.
