Since I’m now on diet, I was happy to find this product. It fits into my diet perfectly.

I’ve bought Shilo Farms organic flaked barley, wheat, rye and spelt. The quality is great and availability is good.

I use these barley flakes with almond milk unsweetened vanilla (in the microwave 9 1/2 minutes) I don't eat white flour so barley flakes are a great substitute for cereals. Because these are relatively expensive, I have these one day and oatmeal from Trader Joe's the next.
