Not only does this yogurt taste amazing, but it's got a LOT of protein in each one! it's got 15 grams of protein and only 6 grams of sugar. These yogurts are a great source of protein and a good meal replacement.

Taste is really good and not thick at all I’m happy about pricing especially for all it offers and being Greek yogurt I add to smoothies or add chia seeds and eat out container. Quality is superb and the texture is silky and delicious. I don’t buy any other
