The results were noticeable within a week of usage, my clients were able to lift more and felt more energetic during workout, which even surprised me and urged me to write this review. Good job Arms Nutrition 🤘Some minor things I'll like to mention is the serving size is a bit bigger but price makes up for it also availability of this product is low, you can't find it on retail stores and only online stores are the options. I bought arms nutrition machine gun 3kg pack and started using it for some days. I like the product. I blend it with milk peanut butter avocado and its tastes very good. I can feel the difference in my workouts. I feel more energetic when i come to the gym. Really start to feel the difference once the creatine kicks in. I also got a shaker and a small packet of branched chain amino acids(bcaa), worth 2 servings with this product. I usually consume it pre and post workouts. One scoops half an hours before workout and 2 scoops after workout. Do add banana or avocado to make it i to a thick smoothie.

Shakes pretty well with water or milk.. I have found some serious gains, during. Its usage thrice daily, since I purchased it in the month of Aug.. For Beginners, go for it without second thought.. And remember, supplements alone will not and cannot build or bring muscle mass, try getting the proteins from different sources daily..

I didn't got shaker , every one is showing shaker but I didn't got this is the second time I ordered but 2tines I didn't getshaker is it genuine or fake I don't know

This was my first time using Arms and so far I can say this has been a pretty good experience. Chocolate Ice cream actually tastes like a chocolate ice cream. The package was delivered on time. Overall seems like a good value for money product. Will soon update the review with the results post use

Bought this product 2nd time, works well for overall mass gaining, go for it!Better than muscleblaze. I recommend to consume 2 scoops with 500ml water instead of 600ml.arms nutrition could have made the carb: protein ratio to 70:30 instead of 75:25Overalls 4/5
