I get dizzy and lightheaded when I’m in the gym doing my workout. I always do a core movement like squats, bench, deadlifts and then move into accessory movements and then cardio. This stuff helps me not lose my energy in the gym and I can actively workout for 1.5-2hrs with no fatigue or dizziness from low blood sugar. It’s great because I can’t always get a meal in after work and then head to the gym so this is a nice relief to keep me going. Flavor is strong and delightful, super smooth as well no chunks or gross stuff. Will be buying again!

Best carbs on the market. Great intra workout

PROS: Works every time. Big Cherries tastes amazing and mixes well. My workouts are 20-25 sets per body part and I normally start getting gassed after about 45 minutes. Demo Day brings my energy level back up and helps me push through. Adds a little pump as well. CONS: Shark Bite tastes like powdered vomit. I took twice as long to get through that tub solely because of the taste. Demo Day is not cheap. Highly recommend Big Cherries or Unflavored!

Love demo day overall. Very good quality - just wish the pricing was a little better, can be expensive when you are going through this stuff daily as a gym goer . Only thing is that sometimes it can clump up in a drink and not fully mix … if your drink is cold it’ll clump . If it’s room temp usually the mixing is fine. Good taste but wish had a lot more flavor to choose from
