Q: Would this be suitable for an outlet for a cooker extractor fan?

it would extract the smell of the cooking but whether it would be better than a cooker extractor i'm not sure.

Q: How do you stop the flap opening and closing in the wind? It makes alot of noise when it is closing.

Unfortunately, like all tumble drier vent covers, the flaps will flap in the wind. They have to be loose to enable the internal air to escape outside. However, this type of vent has more protection than most others from wind due to the outer hood.

Q: Hi does it come with the screws

Hi l didn’t use screws due to having to drill at height. I siliconed it on. This does prevent rain water seeping down the back. I also put a strip of very thin foam on the flap as it can be quite noisy when windy.
