Mason Cash Ceramic Beans for Blind Baking

As described. Useful if you are a regular pastry baker.

I know that you can use rice or beans or ball bearings even at a pinch when you are going to blind bake but nothing beats these ceramic beans for doing the job properly. They are clean the right size to fill every part of the pastry case and they do the job right every time. There is really no proper alternative. They are not messy and have to be replaced every so often like the alternatives.

For years I have been using dried rice for baking blind and always promised to treat myself to these ceramic beans. I should have bought them a long time ago, they are perfect and do exactly what they are supposed to do. Great service too, thank you

Not the same packaging as shown (looks as if someone has done it on a home printer) and container arrived split - very disappointing and returned.

I I bought this for when I blind back my pastry. They are strong and don't break if you drop them. Worth the money.
