So for many years I've been low in dhea and have had every symptom out there, but every time I try it, while I feel good my hair gets oily on lowest dose and my hair falls out. And I seem to get a rebound effect of depression when it wears off. But my skin, energy and mood improves so much, I keep trying. Was using another brand that was touted as pure element, and used to be, but they started adding stuff to their supplements with lowering the price. So I decided to try DL. it works just as well.In the meantime, I'd researched a lot and found that taking DIM might alleviate the hair falling out. And using an extra lower dose will stop the rebound effects. So I use this 10 mg first thing in morning with hla, biotin, and collagen in coffee. Then use the DL lower dose around 4:00 pm with DIM and works like a charm for me (so far).

I started seeing a functional doctor. My labs showed like zero testosterone. He suggested the pellets but I shut that down with the swiftness. I was terrified of growing a beard or increasing my DHT and going bald. LOLI tried testosterone cream for 2 months but my numbers were barely budging. The doc kinda freaked out...lol... He was like why is it still so low? Are you using the cream everyday? This isn't good. You need to increase your testosterone. You will feel so much better. He suggested DHEA. I tried this supplement for a month.WOWOWOW! I have been doing yoga and working out at home for 4 months but after I started taking this supplement. I can't stop looking at my muscle tone. I am 56 and haven't seen much muscle for the last 10 years even though I do workout. After taking this supplement, I can see definition, my energy has increased, my libido is great, my emotions are higher but so were my labs....YIKES.... I took another blood test for testosterone and my labs showed that my levels are actually too high so I may forget about the $200 cream and just use this supplement since it obviously worked for me where the cream didn't do much.

My doctor prescribed DHEA 10mg in 2010. I tried many brands, but this one works the best. They were much cheaper 10 years ago. I was trying to use cheaper brands, but they are not as effective as Douglas Lab.

My lab work showed very low testosterone levels so after doing my research I bought this DHEA at 10 mg. It is a potent supplement and has given me vivid dreams. As a result I am tired the next day. However, once I figured the potency problem, I started taking almost one half of the capsule by twisting open the two clear shells and emptying one-half of the powder into apple sauce. As far as results, it's too early to tell but I feel I have a little more energy. Supplements take a while to take effect though. This DHEA is from a reputable brand and I have used many of their other products. I trust them and I am sure I will see good results in the coming months.

These are high quality and super effective. I love the brand. Give it to hubs for increased girth and longer lasting erections. And it works.I also take it to make my HRT pellets more efficient and effective.

I'm trying to get through menopause...my functional medicine recommended DHEA. So far it's working great, but I made a lot of changes all at once so not sure what's working best.
