Swiztek HP Pavilion 15 15-E 15-G 15-N 15-R 15-S Series(Numeric) Laptop Keyboard with Frame

Using this keyboard from last 2 years No issue till now. Till but bulyky but it's worth buying considering it's price and brand

Perfect fit for HP 15-r007tu. All of the keys are working fine.Build quality is good although not as good as the original but yes it will do the needful. Keys are bit kind of loose ,one will not get the feel of key stroke as it was with the original.But considering it as a replacement for original it is good to go. One suggestion here before fitting into the laptop just check if the two screw holder on the keyboard is present or not if present is it rightly placed or not as I found a bit of difficulty while screwing it back on the laptop but with some extra efforts it got fixed.

I am using HP Pavilion 15n-208 TX model of 2014. I ordered it because I I accidentally broke the Y key by dropping phone. Since the ordered keyboard is well built and functions properly. It is not stock keyboard so it doesn't have Network key LED and Audio mute key LED. Please refer photos I have attached. Using since one week no problem at all.

I bought this item for my HP pavilion 15 n259tx. For three months it performed well but after that it began to show its true colors- some of the keys began to misbehave or stop working and some keys started typing automatically.

Works like magic. I used it with a HP Pavilion 15 N203TX and the slot was perfect. Before buying I was worried whether it would be compatible with my pavilion 15. Pros: 1. Very cheap in price 2. Fits perfectly in 15N HP series 3. DIY installation Cons: 1. Build quality poor 2. Prints on keys are not exactly in centre so you get a feel of duplicacy 3. Springs on keys make a little noise while using keyboard 4. The top of plug of the keyboard is poor in quality and has no grip

At a price of Rs. 800, this is a pretty good replacement for a laptop keyboard. Unsurprisingly, HP Service Center(Authorised by HP) is charging 5500 for it(I have the proof). Contacted HP on Twitter, they did nothing but give up. Once I took matters into my own hands, I thought of giving this a try. It just works perfectly. KP_6 is a bit hard-pressed but not really worthy of a replacement just for a single minor issue. The keyboard quality is pretty good and even the fonts on top of it are much better than the factory-supplied unit. One thing that I would probably caution users is that all keys need to be hard-pressed which wasn't the case with the factory unit. But that said, since it's a replacement, I don't think I can complain about it.

Everything is functional but feel of keyboard is not as genuine.

Short Ans - At 700-900 Go buy it ..! In my HP 15-G009AX teardown i have messed with flex cable, resulted in not fuctioning of some keys (my bad) the HP guys was asking for 4499/- rs (WTF anyone can get high end backlight keyboard at this price). so this keyboard was affordable choice. i was not expecting much from this as it was 3rd party keyboard, but to my suprise this has good quality !! yes it have caps, mute, airplane mode LEDs, through airplane mode led color is inverted (not that much issue) keys have good quality, the matte texture is also present on keys. Keypress is not good as on original keyboard. the space key have little gap at bottom. the fitting in laptop body is almost good (have very minar ignorable gaps) at 700-900Rs this is good choice as ,compared to quality of this.
