Having this particular breast feeding pillow recommended by three mums, I thought I'd take a look. At first, I was skeptical about buying a breastfeeding pillow, as i thought it was just a gimmick. More money for the manufacturers on over-priced products! And what's wrong with using a regular normal pillow to plop my LO on while BFing? How wrong was I!! For women who suffer from back pain and still want to breastfeed their LO, this product is excellent. It provides support in the right places. I can totally feel the difference when using this pillow compared to when I'm not using it (or using a regular pillow). It has a strap with a buckle so you can secure it. Leaves your hands free. It's the perfect height for a baby to be while being breast-fed. I'm dreading when my LO one grows out of it, as I've gotten so used to it. May I add, the price on amazon is almost 10 gbp cheaper than morhercare! with free delivery being offered, you can't go wrong! It's a great gift item too (instead of giving yet one more item for the baby's wardrobe, just like what most people would give), especially if you know the mum-to-be is planning to breast feed her baby! I really struggled with breast feeding in the first few weeks - cracked bleeding nipples and a lot of crying in dark rooms! And although the cushion couldn't solve all my breastfeeding problems it did make my efforts so much easier. It helped with my positioning and took the pressure off my back and arms, which could get quite painful particularly when it seemed I was constantly feeding in the early days. It also freed up a hand which meant I could text, email, snack or change the TV channel - which at the time was a luxury! Once my son got a few months old (about 3 months) I didn't need it but it got me through my dark days. Breastfeeding sucks (quite literally) but it does get easier and this cushion does help.

This feeding pillow has helped me so much. I've tried various cushions and another nursing pillow and nothing worked. I was getting arm ache, shoulder ache and back pain. This has made life so much easier. The adjustable strap means that you can find the perfect hight to rest your arm or can free my arms if I want to. For me, this is well worth the money.

My wife was suffering back and neck pain when breast feeding, no amount of propping with normal pillows could get her or my daughter comfortable. This item is a work of genius, has totally eliminated any pain or strain, now my better half is smiling again and enjoying the bond that breastfeeding is building. The only improvement would be a cup holder!!!

The three things that I like about this the most: 1) It stays in place because of the fastener, and it is very easy to get on and off, as well as adjusting it. 2) The pocket that is attached is great for holding things you might need...I use it for extra nursing pads, my lanolin, baby nail clippers, etc. 3) My baby could latch on much easier using this nursing pillow than any other way.

Worked ok, but not impressed with the quality and value for money. We took the cover off to wash it which exposed the foam underneath. My partner was sitting on the pillow and I when went to pick it up and it ripped right in half. I don't think a £50 pillow should do that. This pillow is just a bit of foam with a cover.

Luego de ver como mi esposa batallaba para darle de comer a nuestra pequeña, usando almohadas o cojines y sábanas, decidí buscar si había cojines de este tipo, para mi sorpresa así fue pero la marca lider que creo es boppy o algo así decidí buscar alguna opción más económica pero funcional. Este cojín resultó increíblemente bueno para las dos, mi bebé tiene 2 meses y es una maravilla según mi esposa, ella es delgada, le hicieron la cesárea y cuenta como no sufre de la espalda ni de posiciones raras para amamantarla como ocurría antes. Se ajusta a la perfección y es una almohada muy cómoda con un bolsillo muy práctico, hecha desde pañuelos, hasta papel o el celular. Lo único que noté que podrían mejorar y OJO para otros usuarios, es que el sistema de ajuste o cinturón es algo cortito, así que si la mamá es unas tallas un poco grandes, puede que no le cierre o le apriete, pero seguro se puede modificar en una tienda de esas donde componen ropa y cierres. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Fits our “my breast friend” pillow perfectly! Our original cover ripped so I was pleased to find the replacement for a very good price. Highly recommend!

I survived 3 weeks without a nursing pillow - until I finally caved and decided to buy this. I should have bought it earlier! It's most handy for those early weeks (especially if you're a first time mom) and it makes it easier to hold the baby in position. the strap and clip is a useful addition to keep the pillow strapped to your waist in case you need to move around. I do wish these nursing pillows came with some sort of wipe-able/water resistant covers, little babies ARE messy and do dribble/spit up. I used a burp cloth to cover the top each time I fed the baby just to save myself having to wash the covers so frequently. After the first few months, once I got the hang of nursing, I didn't need the pillow for every feed, but still use it occasionally when I need hands-free feed.

I don't know how I went 2 weeks without this! It makes holding my baby so much easier while nursing. The pillow is super supportive and stays high up on my waist as long as I secure the belt tightly enough. A minor design flaw is the cheap clasp that closes the belt. It feels like really cheap, shallow plastic. You have to double check that the prongs properly snapped into place on both sides, otherwise the belt will pop open (which could cause injury). When the clasp closes, you have to watch your skin because it can pinch. The pillow itself is great, though. Worth the money.
