10 Pack 8 1/2" x 18 1/2" Brodart Archival Fold-On Book Jacket Covers - Center-Loading, Clear, Mylar, Adjustable

Brodart products are first rate, and this fit my 8 31/32" dust jacket (Thornton's "English Spirituality") just fine, but it was thin paper. Measure carefully - it won't fit an 8 33/64" jacket, nor an 8 1/2" with thick paper! Sarah Ruden's 8 1/2" "Confessions" slipped right in - Guerrieri8's 8 1/2" "The First Four Notes" took some fiddling. Anything heavier flat wouldn't make it.For smaller, the "simply fold over" takes care if the results are to be nice. I'm lucky to have an 18" wooden rule to crease the fold against, and I recommend folding at the bottom of the book, where subsequent rubbing on the shelf will "fix" any slight unevenness.Overall, clearly five stars, but measure carefully!

These were so easy to place on the books and such high quality. A little taller than my Nancy Drew Tweed books, but I just folded the bottom up a bit. I used Creative Memories double-sided tape after folding up to hold in place.I AM SUPER IMPRESSED! Thank you.

I like to keep my books nice. There is no reason to throw away money spent by abusing a book. These dust wrapper covers are easy to use, and adjust well. The only problem I had was in length. I would suggest you purchase a roll of the more common sizes if you have a lot of books to cover. A thick book requires extra length to be properly covered. Brodart makes amazing products, just find what sinuous your needs… and arm yourself with a tape measure.

Accurate Fit on Jacket Covers!

If your books are 8 1/2" tall don't buy these, they won't fit if they're a tad bigger. Never hurts to buy a size or more bigger than your book. If they're bigger they will fold over nicely.
