Litheli 20V Cordless Pole Saw, 8m/s 20cm Electric Pole Chainsaw with 10000mAh Battery for Tree Trimming, Branch Cutting, Limb Pruning and Garden Maintenance

I didn't know this brand so had initially set myself to buy Bosch, Worx or Dewalt etc but what clinched it for me were the rave reviews and the 5yr warranty...Im so glad i bought this. I followed the instructions and soaked the chain. It is quite heavy but it needs to be I guess. Let the machine do the work. Do not press hard down. It is like a hot knife through butter. It will cut any width! Just remember to always cut wedges out so the branches dont snag/trap the chain/saw. It lasts a while. Hard to put a time on it suffice to say my arms and legs were sore (up the ladder) when the battery run out so i needed the break - it only took 45mins to fully charge the battery!! I've used it now 4-5hrs over two days and the oil reservoir is only half empty. I've asked the company if i could buy a 2nd battery however they don't sell them separately - that's a shame. However as i said, only 45mins to charge! When using the pole at it's shortest length, Ive found if the chain tugs slightly the clamp could be stronger/tighter as the pole begins to extend - but this is not and should not be a deal breaker. I certainly recommend this item - especially as Amazon had an extra 20% discount offer!

Very well made and excellent quality, the charge time is very short. It can cut larger diameters of trees and branches thicker than you first think. I bought this for a single job, as the quotes I was getting were incredible. Would recommend.

Pole saw arrived with a faulty battery. Both Amazon and Litheli were very helpful getting the issue sorted. The saw works well and is more powerful than expected. It is easy to use, well built and lightweight.

It worked well and was really pleased with the product. It did some high up branches and I like the fact it has an oil resevoir as my hand held one I have to keep oiling the chain. This is much better. Safer than the (different brand) hand held one as I was reaching from the top of a ladder which isnt safe. This is much safer!! It did develop a fault but the supplier has rectified amicably so very pleased with the after sales service as I wanted to extend the Lithelli range I own so that I can use the batteries across various tools. So now I have confidence to buy their tools again. Sometimes things go wrong and it is how the supplier deals with the issue that matters - in this case I can highly recommend Lithelli

This saw did a huge amount of work easily and effectively for 18 months before the tension pin snapped. I contacted the seller team, which was simple to do, and asked if I could buy a new pin. After sending a photo of the pin for them to see, they immediately replaced the entire saw, thus totally backing up the guarantee on the equipment. The saw is easy to use, very easy to put together, and has become a firm ''best friend'' on our land. I couldn't be more impressed. It ticks every box. Money very well spent !!

This is a great, well made product, saves climbing a ladder to reach overhanging branches. Battery ife is fne. The Chain Saw can tackle some qute substantial bracnches. Would recommend this product

It was a bit tricky to get the chain to sit right, especially when dripping with oil, but it wasn’t too bad to prepare for cutting. I was disappointed though with its performance. It chewed more than cut a hedge I trimmed. The branches where all dangling as opposed to cut clean off. I tried it on an overhanging branch and it was better at that. I think this is more of a branch cutter than a hedge trimmer if I’m honest. I wanted to message the manufacturer from Amazon to check I had it set up correctly but there was no ‘contact seller’ option.

We used the saw a couple of times and all seemed to be ok. But recently it has stopped charging it's battery properly and is effectively useless. A replacement battery is over £70 which is frankly ridiculous. Updated 14/05/2024 - the customer service team saw this review and contacted me offering to send a replacement battery free of charge, they were very polite and efficient. It is reassuring that they do care about their customers. So because of that I have changed my overall rating.

Ein tolles Teil! Es hat mir viel Arbeit abgenommen. Einziges Manko: Die Kette springt gelegentlich ab. Ansonsten ist es ein zuverlässiges Werkzeug. Die Teleskoplänge ist perfekt, um überhängende Äste abzuschneiden.

I bought this to replace a Greenworks pole saw I had been using. I had constant issues with the Greenworks chain falling off, and leaking bar oil. This was a lower cost option, and I thought I would give the brand a try. First, the engineering is much better on this saw. To extend, you just loosen then pull out the pole for more length. Second, the chainsaw did great cutting down branches, no issues at all with the 3-5 inch limbs I was cutting. Lastly, the battery life is impressive. After using it for over an hour (probably 15 branches), the battery only dropped one bar. I could have used it the rest of the day. This is the first time I have bought a Litheli product, but they appear to be well made.

Ottima e robusta, leggermente pesante ma se sì vuole un attrezzo efficiente lo deve essere, un plauso all'assistenza che ha risolto un piccolo problema senza batter ciglio, ho tagliato rami di circa 15 cm e con la doppia batteria si riesce a lavorare tantissimo ottimo attrezzo OK OK
