Has anyone had the issue of having too much b12 in bloodwork after taking this for a long time?

I had been taking these pills for 3 months and I started to feel dizzy, headache and tingling in my hands, I get my bloodwork done and my vitamin B12 came out at 1000 something and it must be less than 700. Be careful when taking them and don't you need or you are not deficient in vitamin B12
