Q: Do these have built in boobs?

Haha. No wearer must supply what boobage they can.

Q: If i am 1,86m tall what size should i choose? is there a chest wise i need a m but, is there a difference in length?

These are very loose and long. Not fitted.

Q: What size are the arms?

The arms are tight. Were for me anyway. But that is the least of the issues with this product. Its horrible quality! Not even remotely worth its cost. In fact, the Primary muscle fit is superior ten fold.

Q: Please confirm the red option is actually red as it looks like it has a very weak magenta tinge in the image.

Sorry, I can't help you on that question. I only bought the black one. What I can say is the T-shirt itself is a very nice fit.
