My favorite electrolyte drink! Great flavor, quality ingredients, and a better price than most brands I’ve tried. Some reviews say it tastes bad, but I actually like it far more than most (it’s one of only two I enjoy, and the other costs twice as much). It doesn’t dissolve as quickly as I’d like, so I give the bottle a quick shake before drinking—but I still prefer it over anything else for the taste, hydration, and quality ingredients at a great price.

I love this stuff! Great flavor, great ingredients and doesn’t taste salty. It kept me hydrated during pregnancy and labor! It mixes well, but takes a few minutes, but you can just leave it and come back to it, you don’t have to shake long.

This product taste better with juice not with water.

I love this hydration drink mix. It's very unfortunate that they are no longer making this.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: They completely REFORMULATED without ANY notice (including iherb and other websites) and removed two electrolytes (Calcium & Phosphorous), changed the electrolyte profile, removed several organic ingredients and minerals, reduced the coconut from 250mg to 25 and added a ton of citric acid. It used to taste organic and nutritious. It now tastes like chemicals. It used to be a pale yellow. It is now pure white and chrystaline, clumping quickly. This proved dangerous for me as I am recovering from hemorrhagic pericardial effusion and needed the complete electrolyte profile to heal. This blend made me crash (resting heart rate wouldn't go back to normal and stayed high, massive Charlie horses and muscle spasms, etc). I recovered within two days when I made my own electrolyte blend that mimicked the original. This is extremely deceptive. The fact they still have the old reviews on a totally different product is fraudulent. This used to be a product that closely mimicked lactated ringers. It isn't now and this company needs to be held accountable to inform customers of a complete reformulation because it can harm to those whose health relied on a complete, balanced electrolyte profile. I checked other websites and ordered from iherb as well with the same results. I am including pictures of the original formula compared to this new formulation. (Original formula pics without lid, new on the left. Pics of electrolytes on left opened for 10 days, on right just opened). As a note: I was a repeat customer, buying at least 70 in the last two years. PLEASE do the right thing and inform your consumers otherwise this is simply bait and switch. Grateful for this product and how readily these electrolytes are absorbed without sugar, dangerous sugar substitutes nor overpowered with too much stevia. I love the taste and it's honestly only one of two electrolytes I've tried that tastes so good that I enjoy it. (I've tried many at different price points!) I settled on this one because it works best for me due to the fact that it has a complete electrolyte profile instead of massive amounts of sodium. I'm assuming it'll be very effective for people who,like me, have a difficult time staying hydrated and don't easily absorb electrolytes in pill form. I really hope they never stop making this! 🙏❤️

Love this product

This is my favorite water additive by far. One of my issues with a lot of water hydration/flavorings is the weird aftertastes. This however has a great clean flavor. It is pretty strong as well, I usually use half the recommended amount, and it is just as good.

I really like Zhou’s Hydro-Fuel workout powder! This product is packed with electrolytes that keep me at optimal performance throughout the whole workout. I also feel like I’ve lessened my recovery times post work out. My favorite thing about this product is the great taste with natural flavors and ZERO sugar. Win, win! I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

This product contains caffeine however it isn’t listed as caffeine it’s listed under matcha green tea which 1. Really sucks as if I would’ve drank it I would’ve died and 2. They don’t accept returns even though by all means what they have done is illegal. Oh also the taste isn’t worth the cost. It’s a 0 from me dawg.
