I added this pan to a previously ordered set of pans because I wanted a larger sauté pan. So far ALL of my SnowClad pans have been excellent! They seem to be made well and are good quality, after following the manufacturer recommended initial cleaning and seasoning instructions. I have not had ANY problems with food sticking, and the pans clean up very quickly and easily. The handles stay cool to the touch and are sturdy.

Love this skillet. Nothing sticks. Like the depth and great size. Cleanup is easy.

Awesome pan! No need to buy HexClad when you have SnowClad. If you treat your pans like they should be treated they will last. Always cook on low/medium heat, DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! They clean up beautifully with hot water and Dawn soap. This size pan is deep and enough for 2 people having a stew or casserole.

So far so good! I love a good pan and will pay for the crazy cast iron dutch ovens from France etc, but this style is newer to me anyways and the much more expensive ones seemed too gimmicky to me, and when i came across SnowClad it just looked nearly identical at such a good price i had to try it out. I made southern style hash browns that came out perfectly soft inside and crispy outside with only a small amount of sticking that released once the pan cooled a bit on a trivet, so first cook went well. This pan advises to season it before use, and to also use a low temp and i can definitely say it is a LOT like cooking with my enameled cast iron pans where things will stick if it gets too hot, but easily releases once the pan cools (with the food resting inside too) and anything left behind cleaned off easily. I struggle with our electric flat stovetop (prefer gas) but once i get the hang of where this pan likes to be temperature wise it’s going to be great. I have been noticing pans lately do not hold up to cooking meals every day for a larger family without warping and bowing up in the middle instead of staying flat on the bottom, and i am also trying to get away from the chemicals in nonstick pans as much as i can, though they still have their place (eggies!) This SnowClad pan is heavy without being crazy uncomfortable to maneuver and i’m really excited to see what else i can make with it, hope it does continue to get a bit more seasoned from use. The lid fits perfectly, love the shape of it and how easy it is to clean, and the little vents a lot of lids come with now as well. Will update if the pan starts to degrade or warp, but i’m super happy so far with everything i’ve made.

I've used the 10" and 12" skillets during 5 meals over the last week, and they work amazing! I followed the instructions to clean and season prior to 1st use. So far I am very satisfied with these skillets! I use less oil to cook fish, meat and poultry, while using lower heat needed with no sticking. Clean up is a breeze with soapy water and a non-metalic scrub, rinse and dry.
