Good for inflammation
I definitely feel a difference with inflammation. I pair it with glucosamine, and curcumin w/capcasin. I didn't notice energy really, they don't smell, easy to swallow, and effective I'd say for pain relief. I have tried a few different ginger supplements, and this one is the better one so far.

Boosts dreaming when taken before bedtime
Review after finishing a full bottle: I bought the ginger root extras capsules for improving dream vividness. I take double the dose. BAM! First night, went from not being able to remember my dreams to having 2 dreams each night and easily 200% more vivid and better dream recall in the morning. If you're after better sleep and dreams, well, I'm going to keep buying these. (Want to take it up a notch? Check out mugwort tea!)
