Not what I have gotten in the past. This salt was super fine dust! Not happy about this.Seller reached out to me due to my review and offered to sent me 1lb of fine free for my trouble...never sent it.

It's essentially Pink Himalayan popcorn salt which is exactly what I was looking for because I wanted it to stick to my food instead of bounce off like standard table salt. Different size grains of salt serve different purposes and I feel this is perfect for the table. I bought a shaker for it that is designed for powders like confectioners sugar. Works perfect. Tastes really good. Bag should last forever. Happy with purchase.

I heard that Himalayan salt was a must for my bath salts. This is so pretty and adds a nice texture to the LOOK of my salts, but once in the tub, they don't melt/dissolve. It is not comfortable sitting on hard little pieces of rock (feels like it) when you just want a nice relaxing bath. Next batch, I'm going to try breaking them down with a mallet before adding.

Many people complain of the fineness of the fine salt. I just got a 4.9# box for to use for pickling including making krauts and kimchee. It was suggested as a means to reduce salt needed in recipes and for its superior flavor. As for fineness, it is the same as any other pickling/ canning or table salt.Good value. Two or three times the cost per ounce of white salt I usually use, but much less costly per ounce than others on Amazon. This does not add significantly to the cost of making products.

I love that this fine grain sticks so well to food without bouncing off. It’s just that too much now comes out of my salt shaker and I’m having a hard time gauging how much to sprinkle onto food. It either ends up too strong or too little. It’s very hard to control the amount. I will need to find a different salt shaker now. But as for the taste,.....I love the pink Himalayan salt and have been using it exclusively for over 5 years. I will never go back to regular table salt. This salt has a lovely smooth buttery taste.

The price was good, not bad but I've seen cheaper. The item came a lot faster than anticipated, which surprised me. The crystals are fine to my liking, so they dissolve super quickly in whatever I put them in. The packaging comes in a bag, which is super convenient because I already have a container of salt ready to refill. The taste is standard, not off at all. Super satisfied with the product

I love this salt and consistently use it in cooking and table salt. I will definitely buy this again. The only thing I wish is that the other 84 minerals and trace minerals were identified on the label. It does state that there is no Iodine in it, which is good to know for people who do not live in a source where Iodine is plentiful.
