These rings are defiantly a game changer when it comes to crocheting. Before I started using these I would be straining my fingers and have to restart some of my projects because my rounds would be too tight, but by using these rings, my fingers no longer feel like they're about to snap and my projects are as loose as a goose! In the beginning you will have to adjust the rings to fit your pointer finger, but once you've done that you're good to go. Also, there are sometimes when the yarn will split if it gets caught over the cat or the ears, but that hasn't bothered me too much honestly.
