BarbieDC Comics Batgirl Fashion Pack

The outfit looks cute, but it’s very poor quality, especially the skirt. Neither the top nor the skirt have Velcro. Instead, they’re made from stretchy fabric, presumably to cut costs for Mattel and make things more likely to fit a broad range of dolls.I put the outfit on an original size/height MTM Barbie. The skirt was easy enough, though it looks kinda bad at the waist imo. The shirt. Oh lord. That shirt.You have to put it over the doll’s head and slip her arms in the arm holes. Much easier said than done. It took me like 30 mins to put the top on. And I’m an adult. I can’t imagine trying to put it on a curvy doll or one whose arms don’t bend completely.I would say this set is not worth it unless you’re just an enormous fan of batgirl. Because once it’s on, if you don’t look too close, it looks nice.The skirt has a pattern of the Batman logo so it may not work well with other outfit combos.Note: My picture has items not included with this fashion pack (purse, sunglasses, necklace, bracelet, shoes, stand). The set does include a purse but I liked the red better than the purple, and bc of the design of the one it comes with, you may need rubber bands to keep it in place.Overall, I can’t recommend this set except to absolutely diehard fans.

Okay. This may be my favorite of all! Do you see the bat-ear-headband? The Batgirl fashion pack doesn't include shoes but it does come with a yellow-batwing-top with "Batgirl" printed on the front. The top does not velcro so be careful if you're attempting to try this on a larger framed doll. The skirt pulls up and has an elastic waist to fit most body types. This pack comes with a cute clutch and an adorable headband!

This outfit is even more adorable in person!! The fit was perfect for me with the made to move Barbie. Paired with black boots to complete the look. If you’re a DC fan, it’s a must have!

The threads that hold the clothes in the package make holes in the clothes. I didn’t tear this off either, I snipped the little threads carefully with scissors.Secondly, there is no Velcro on the shirt and my kids can’t get it on their Barbie themselves so they have to come ask me to do it every single time.Last, this is just a note not a negative, but I think the skirt would work best on the curvy Barbie. On the slim Barbie the skirt is enormous.

Cute outfit. Fits most 12 inch dolls

Cute set but the shirt is hard to put on the dolls (petite, original, curvy, tall), there's no Velcro and mine doesn't really stretch that far. I even tried it on the MTM barbie and it felt like the shirt was going to rip. BTW: my purse is purple not blue. Mine could be a dud I guess.

Giant hole at the bottom of top from the packaging tags. Come on Mattel you can do alot better. Put the tag only in the back and stop ruining all the clothes. This pack would get 5 stars if it wasn't made so poorly.

Batgirl is my favourite DC hero. The colour and Batgirl Logo looks great on my Barbies. Only 4 stars becauseI was surprised to find that the top does not have any openings. The material has some stretch and you need to pull the top through Barbie's arms and over her head so it might not be easy for younger kids to put this on. It would work best on a made to move doll, or a doll with straight arms and easy to style hair (this shirt would mess up her hair when you try to pull it over her head). It looks like a crop top on the Tall barbie but still looks great. It will not fit a curvy Barbie. Wish these sets came with shoes.

Batgirl is one of the finest DC heroines, so for Mattel's Barbie to have a line of DC fashion packs is a huge bonus for any doll collectors. The Batgirl fashion pack comes with a stunning Batgirl logo-emblazoned yellow blouse, a tight black skirt, a gorgeous dark blue hand bag and an adorable hairband, styled with faux bat ears. It's a gorgeous set, with the purse and the blouse easily being the highlights.Reasonably priced on Amazon, and Mattel hits it out of the park with the DC fashion packs.
