The media could not be loaded. The color is fantastic. The tension is perfect and it is very easy to mount. The retraction works great and has zero problems. My wife uses it almost daily! Great price and great quality!

Works great! I got it installed in about 29-30 min. It would have been easier but the wood I was drilling into was very dense. I love that you can loose or tighten the wire.

Looking at the product, the materials appear to be of good quality. I have two points for a prospective customer. First, I can’t get the line to remain tight when locking it. When the line is extended, you lock it, but it sags about an inch or so. That’s probably not a big deal in the overall quality rating of the piece. It still does the job intended. Second and most frustrating are the install instructions which don’t tell you that if mounting the receiver side over a shower wall, to raise it up sufficiently in order to get the very tiny screw installed in the bottom. A distance is required for the screw and the supplied screw driver. Common sense should tell the installer this, but how many buyers will not catch this until after they have drilled two quarter inch holes in the wall for the base plate only to find that it’s virtually impossible now to install the bottom screw. Oh well, live and learn. Will this product do the job of hanging up your clothes? Yes, but the install was not as straightforward as it could be.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product! It is retractable so you put it away when you are not using it. It’s very study to the point that I hung 15 wet shirts in hangers and it hold them very well. This is great to dry your comforters. The only advice is when you are going to put it away, be very careful because it really retracks very fast so it can hurt your fingers.. the video is not the best buddy help you see what I mean

I love the sleek design and it was easy to hang with an electric screwdriver. I use this almost everyday to help me get the clean clothes hung up and off the couch or table. I installed it right next to my washer and dryer so I have zero excuse not to hang up the clothes. If you have executive function issues, you need this.

The media could not be loaded. The circular piece slides on top of the piece you screw to the wall but only is secure at the top. The bottom of it pulls away from the wall when there is tension. Poor design

This thing is heavy duty, and that much is great. Very sturdy. Installation of the line itself was no trouble. The problem comes with the smaller line attach point. If you are trying to install this thing as high as you can inside a frame like a door frame, closet, laundry room, etc, it is almost impossible to use the super tiny screw at the top of the thing that mounts the latch point to the frame. The screw is so small, you will drop it and lose it. The holes were drilled out of line, making it harder. You can attach this thing "east/west" as opposed to "north/south" and that might make it more accessible. But the only way I could install it was to drill through the front and make holes that aligned with the mount bracket. I had no room to maneuver beforehand to install these tiny screws. But with the new way of installing it, I could install the small screws before mounting the assembly to the wall or wood frame.

This clothes line works great but for those of you that say it does not work there is a trick to it which I would not have known this without hubby telling me when he installed it, you have to loosen it in order for the cord to go back in and it will quickly get sucked right back in with no issues! I'm loving it 😃

The price for 2 was very reasonable compared to some other sellers on the site, for just one.It didn't cost anything to talk about it!

been using it for 2 months at my company to hang work clothe and it does seem to work well. I cant say it heavy duty but it does seem to do then job till now and the price is good.

El diseño esta hermoso. Pero realmente no soporta peso, el diseño que lo sostiene a la pared no resiste!
