Great first impression
I have searched for some time to find a shell pouch, and my first impressions of this one are very good. I have been in search of one appropriately sized, and of good construction. It was a slightly uncomfortable purchase because the description and photos are not well done (there was one main photo when I hit the "buy" button) and a meager description. So, I've attached more photos so people can actually tell a little more about this. I was optimistic on this pouch based on owning other Boyt products, which have yet to disappoint. I think this pouch will serve me well at the skeet range or in the field for a long time. The construction is well done. The leather accents are very nice on the front and bottom of the pouch. I was surprised to see the back (where it rides against your body), as well as the insides of each large pockets are a vinyl-type material. This was a good surprise, since it might help with moisture not getting to the shells if you set the pouch down in a field or get caught in rain or whatever. There are two main "pouches", and then one smaller pocket (see photos). I could see the small pocket useful for your hunting license, shotgun chokes, or something along those lines. It's a flat pocket so it won't hold too much and gets a little hidden behind the shells. The two main pouches are roughly of equal size, and easily hold 50 unspent + 50 spent shells (photo shows 50 unspent 2-3/4" shells in each pouch). The belt is a good quality, heavier duty nylon. The buckle is plastic, but is equal to the quality of the belt. With 50 shells in the pouch it supports the weight well. You can easily use your own belt if desired, since it is just looped through the bag. Boyt has a standard 1 year warranty on the pouch. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and excited to try it out. I'll update the review if anything is worth mentioning, but I plan on this product serving me well.

Excellent!!
Really high quality and looks awesome. Bought it for a clays tourney I was invited too and after going to Academy and seeing some cheaper ones, I’m really glad I got this. Belt is thick, material is thick and high quality.

Not worth the money.
Stitching came apart on the seam that forms the belt loop at the bag.

High Quality Shell holder
Worth the money not expensive, well built. I have used for a year and the quality and material have held up well. I shoot several times per week trap and sport. My only issue is that i wish they had holders for shells on the side to use for misfires etc.. This is a small complaint, I am completely satisfied with this shell pouch. I also like the subdued color. I highly recommend this product.

Nice bag with quality construction.
Well made pouch. Good space for both new and spent shells. Works better for shells loose and not boxed. Description is not accurate. This model is the PS50 in taupe and Does Not have a bottom zipper. Only Boyt model SC50 in OD green has zipper.

Rugged
Time will tell, but I see a lot of this brand of pouch on the shooting course. Many look pretty old and are still in use. They work very well for shotgun shells just in case you have other plans.
