This is the eye cream I use nightly. I am 53 years old. I probably need to use something a bit stronger with retinol, but I love this eye cream. It is nice and thick and keeps your eye skin moisturized. Great for winter time too. I love the little packets and I sometimes share with friends and coworkers because I like them so much. The can lasts me like 4-6 months, so not expensive at all. It says one packet at a time, but it is so thick that one packet lasts me 3-4 days. No perfume and great for sensitive skin! I think I have used this for at least 3 years.

First of all, yes the packaging is wasteful but also has some benefits. The product doesn't dry out, it's more sanitary, great for travel and each pack can last up to 3 applications. Love the navy metal tin and I can use it to store something else. The packs are easy to open. I feel like it's important to mention that. The corner has a textured bit that makes it easier to grab. I've always struggled with tear off pouch things because I find them slippery.The formula is very moisturizing. It absorbs nicely and melts into the skin in seconds. There is no greasy or sticky feeling. This product doesnt pill up when applied over various skincare products. The ingredients are simple yet effective. No artifical scent. Non-irritating for my sensitive under eye area. Can be used as a barrier for active or prescription skincare products like tretinoin or other retinoids. The petroleum really locks in the moisture after I apply my face cream from the same brand. I also apply it around my lips and smile lines.Works well under makeup. Ive noticed my concealer and color corrector blends more seamlessly when I use this eye cream. It prevents that cakey look around my nose also.

The packaging for this eye cream is innovative and cute. It's also practical because the cream is preservative free. You get little packets of cream which can actually be used for two applications. The tin looks like a tin of tea and overall, it's just a creative way to package eye cream.But the cream itself has some not so great ingredients in it. The second ingredient is petrolatum (Vaseline.) The third ingredient is dimethicone (Silicone), and the third is cetearyl alcohol (Alcohol). There is also a bunch of ingredients that re NOT natural at all. But, on the flip side, some of the ingredients like root extracts and shea butter are good ones. The cream is thick and hydrating but it doesn't absorb well. That could be because of the petroleum which isn't made to absorb but to sit on the skin as a protectant. I actually like the way the cream hydrates but it definitely is not a high end scream with ingredients that address aging, lines, puffiness, bags, or anything else. It claims it has a firming ingredient (milk vetch root extract) in it but I have not felt firmness. I have felt a thick veil of cream that added moisture and left my skin smooth.I don't hate this cream but I wouldn't use it as my main eye cream. These packets are great for travel and even to carry in my purse for a jolt of hydration when my skin feels very dry. One packet actually is enough for my whole face and it does make my skin softer. It is also good on the hands. I think the packaging is fun and innovative but the cream is average. If it works for you and you love it, it's a good deal. You get 1.5 oz. for twenty bucks and the packets are sanitary.
