The Beast!
This Bosch demolition hammer is amazing ! It took me less than a minute to cut 6x6 square through about three inches of concrete in my basement floor . After having rented equipment in the past to install french drains, I figured it would be much more cost effective to buy this, and I am not dissapointed! This hammer I believe is built to withstand much heavier work than I will be using it for. The power to weight ratio is amazing too! It barely was warm when I finished cutting that square in the concrete Amazing machine for sure

Perfect balance of power and weight
Great chipping hammer. 2nd one of these I own. Used for tile and mortar removal. Perfect balance of power and weight. I own a smaller and larger Bosch tool but this is the one I prefer. The power is amazing for its size.

Awesome demolition hammer!
This thing kicks some serious butt! I have the un-pleasant task of removing 3200 square feet of slate tiles from a concrete slab. I started the job with a good quality (SDS Plus) roto-hammer. I quickly learned that I was taking a knife to a gun fight. I decided to purchase the Bosch demolition hammer, and I'm so glad I did. The Bosch blasts through the slate tiles much faster and removes the thin set too. This unit is a great balance between being heavy enough to do hard work, but light enough to use without getting tired.

Great product and great price
I bought this to replace a Bosch 11316 that had been repaired six times with new brushes and finally had to be put down. I own two retail flooring stores and use this to remove tile and wood flooring and to periodically chisel out a slab to run new plumbing lines for shower and bath renovation projects. This unit is more powerful and half the weight of the 11316 model it replaced. Great product and great price.

Ideal weight-power ratio, cheap case though
I was torn between this one and the next largest Bosch hammer but opted for this one and I’m glad I did. It’s light enough to use on walls or with one hand but delivers enough speed and power to handle everything I can throw at it. The biggest Bosch hammer is very heavy—too heavy for using it “out of position” or with one hand. The real question is how it’ll hold up over time but after using it to break the concrete & footings in this 1200sqft basement, I find it to be a well performing, reliable tool. I enjoy using it. EDIT: still a great tool but I've noticed that the case is the cheapest ABSplastic that's likely gonna break sooner than later. An expensive long lasting tool like these deserves a better case. Deducted a star for them cutting corners with the case

Solid tool
Did a lot of cement breaking. It was cheaper to buy one than rent one. Solid tool easy to use.

Great demo hammer.
Used this to break up a trench in the slab of a kitchen. Made the job easier. Not super heavy but easy to handle.

For removing ceramic tile and thinset mortar. Especially on concrete slabs, I was able to remove about 200 square feet in under 2 hours of actual use down to a clean enough surface to re-tile. Perfect size for this sort of stuff, previously rented a larger/heavier model for the same work that wasn't any faster. Just more tiring.
