This was the first time I've ever repaired a speaker. The instructions that came with the kit were easy to follow. They were somewhat generic and the pictures didn't exactly match my specific Velodyne subwoofer, but this wasn't an issue. It took only about half an hour to install (not including waiting for glue to cure), and the speaker is good as new. The kit came with an extra foam ring which I was glad to have in case I screwed up, but I didn't need it.

These helped fix my old school Kicker sub box. The old surrounds had rotted away with age. The sub box now thumps like new again. For best results make sure you clean the old speaker cones from the old surround material.

Very easy to do if you follow the instructions. Took me about and hour and a half to refoam my sub. The only slight drawback is that the printed instructions did not come with the kit. I had to print them from the Amazon listing. You definitely don't have to be a pro do do this.

Good product, easy to install and works as advertised. Just follow the youtube vids on how to work with a speaker cone. My Velodyne sub sounds wonderful once again.

Works as directed and my sub sounds great. Be sure to be patient and let the glue set up for a day

Easy install, just take your time. I didn't use the 50Hz signal and it centered just fine. I waited 24 hours before powering up the woofer as I wanted to be sure the glue fully cured. Saved me several hundred dollars.

If you'd let me, I'd give it ten stars. The well designed kit and its instructions make it neat and easy to repair speaker surrounds. I liked the first kit so much that I immediately bought a second and repaired more speakers.
