I've tried other Mag Products and wondered if it wasn't just Tap water.I hear complaints that it Stings or Burns!! It's "Supposed to"!!! It's Magnesium,If it burns than you probably need it.Not only does this seem to be a Superior product,the Spray bottle is "Heavy Duty" Unlike other products with cheap bottles that collapse.I'm sticking with this one(No Pun intended).It goes on a little Sticky then gets absorbed like it's supposed to.Real Deal!!!

I found that it didn't help my fibromyalgia or any type of muscle pain.

The shipment was fast and I think the quantity is good for the price. I can't tell about the efficiency and quality because I just used twice and for this stuff you have to wait a couple of weeks to begin feel the properties. I'll update when I know better.

This magnesium spray is absolutley amazing!! Sore shoulders? Spray it on, rub it in (not long) and your sore shoulders will be gone. If you get itchy from it, then you're more than likely magnesium deficiencient. You'll need more magnesium than just this spray. This spray magnesium isn't sticky feeling like other ones that I've used. This product is simply amazing and is a must buy!After rubbing it in, I usually wash my hands right after.

She sleeps. Finally! Restless legs stopped after 3 days and sleeping the night through consistently. A godsend!

I am definitely a skeptic when it comes to things like this product, but a week of non-stop restless legs made me decide to try this. I spray it on my lower legs at bedtime. It is not pleasant to apply as it tends to sting and feel a bit sticky. I rub some body lotion on and blend it. It works ! Not perfectly, but my legs are much calmer and I am able to fall asleep.Could be placebo, who knows? But I am finding it helpful.

I really wanted to love this stuff because it is Canadian but once sprayed on, my skin begins to itch so much I have to take a wet facecloth and wipe it off. I try to delay wiping it off as long as I can stand it in order to get some value from the spray and actually it still works to some extent.

This oil is my go to for any muscle or joint pain, works well and fast. I avoid drugs and painkillers so this is a great natural remedy.
