Q: My house is full of sonos speakers that you can stream music to via airplay. If I use airplay to stream from the turntable will I need any thing else?

Thanks for your question. MusicCast is not compatible with Sonos. Both reside on your home wifi network but neither can stream to the other. Sonos has several products with analog stereo line level inputs. A turntable with a built in phono preamp can connect to: Sonos 5, Sonos Play 5, Sonos Amp, and Sonos Port.

Q: Why can’t i connect to my echo via bluetooth? when i do connect bluetooth the record doesn’t spin.

because the bluetooth connection is an input, not an output. It's meant to receive music from your other device and passthrough the turntable out to your amp or stereo. Same for airplay etc.

Q: Does this turntable have an auto stop and auto tonearm return?

No , Unfortunately neither of these functions

Q: Can this turntable directly stream to HomePod ?

No... it can only stream music to MusicCast devices.
