Wonderful product
I purchased this fax printer for for stepdaughter and she has really enjoyed it. I have seen how it works and I plan on getting me one. She has really enjoyed the way it works and is very happy with it. I recommend this product for home or if you have a small business it is great for that, it is not bulky, for a laser/fax printer the price was great.

Canon Faxphone L90
Canon Faxphone did not work when installed. It was returned for credit.Canon technical assistance was called during installation. I was told that this particular instrument was not good. The same model was purchased from a different source, and it operates well.

Buy from this vendor at your own risk
The product itself is alright.. nothing too great. We tried to turn the ring tone off and it took a long time to figure that out. (Maybe I am just stupid)... but when I told the vendor that my bookkeepers did not like this machine and want to exchange for another one.. was told that, there is a no return policy or exchange policy. Stuck... that's where we are now.

Great B&W laser printer, needs more features.
I've been long time user of laser printers, but this is my first all-in-one laser printer. It works good as laser printer and copy machine but disapointed in fax. It produces nice print very fast as printer and copier. So far so good! However, I've a serious issues in fax. First problem is ring volume not adjustable, even after 0(my intention was turn off) setting, still ringing so loud. Second issue is fax speed not adjustable. I use a MagicJack for my house phone line that uses VoIP. MagicJack surgested to use slowest speed for faxing over VoIP. I've exchanged few emails with Canon tech support but the customer service person was not knowledgeble. I've gave up on them. In conclusion, it's good laser copier and printer for the money if you don't mind loud ringing. :-(

Canon Faxphone L90 Laser Fax/Printer
I read all the reviews good and very few bad. I found the bad to be non-existant. Though it has been used a minimal amount of time, this fax has been up to Canon's high standards. It will do everything it says it will. You can also fit it on a 16" X 16" footprint as long as there is room for the handset. The only drawbacks are that the remote control is only good on the phone connected directly to the machine and the user guide is a huge download from Canon. You get a quick start guide and a user manual in the box. No, the user manual and user guide are not the same.Canon Faxphone L90 Laser Fax and Printer (2234B007AA)

It's a good printer and fax machine
I bought this printer because of the big rebate from Canon, but I did not expect a such great printer. I have not tried out the fax yet, but its quality is great as a printer and copier. Besides, Amazon's service is really the best. It has been my favorite on-line store for years.

Doesn't Work with Extension Phones
Suppose this Canon L90 is located in my upstairs office, but right now I'm in the downstairs kitchen preparing lunch. The phone rings, & when I pick up the extension phone in the kitchen, there is a beep, meaning it's a fax. With my ancient Panasonic, I simply press Star-9 (* 9), and the fax-phone in my office takes over & begins to print the incoming fax. I don't have to leave the kitchen, and can pick up the print-out at any time. But with the Canon L90, in order not to lose the incoming fax, I have to run through the house, up the stairs to my office, and press a button on the L90; then I have to run back down to the kitchen (IIRC within 30 seconds) and hang up the extension phone in the kitchen. What a pain in the butt! The L90 might be OK if you have a separate & dedicated telephone line exclusively for faxes, but it is just plain unacceptable for someone who has a single telephone line with one or more extensions (we have 6 phones in all).Jack
