I prefer the berry or orange. Not too bad tasting at all. I am in this for the health benefits.. Dec and Jan is the worst time of year for me in regards to getting sick. Since I have been taking this product(June 2019) I have not been sick once, not even a cold. Knock on wood. I feel better mentally and physically.

This makes i so easy to stay healthy!!!!!!! It tastes GREAT, goes down easy and I get the vitamins I need!!!!!!! What else could you ask for????????

I am very impressed took product and noticed mild, but distinct, improvements in energy, and overall health. Have purchased multiple boxes to give to presents to my mother and friends.

My wife and I enjoy this product and find it to be very beneficial. The only issue that I have had with the product was that we received one box with about half of the packets damaged due to moisture. Other than that it would be 5 star.

I love this product! Great way to get my vitamins in, better absorption that pill form, and the orange flavor tastes very nice and mixes well with my vanilla breakfast shake mix, orange juice, or just plain old water!

This stuff is fantastic. I primarily use it when I'm running longer distances. With work and the rest of life this helps me not feel as worn out towards the end of the week. If running just 6 or less I would recommend after the run is good. Longer you might try it before and after.I also suggest it if you use any green food products you can mix this in the powder and it will make the green food a little more palatable.

I used to be a big fan of Ola Loa, but the last 4 or 5 boxes I bought had 3-4 packets which had gotten wet inside, swelled up and were a gunky mess inside. The boxes were not beyond the expiration date. I sent photos and expiration info to the customer service department, and didn’t even get the courtesy of a response.

The form of B-12 (hydroxycobalamin) and the TMG-Betaine in this formulation are especially valuable for some people with DNA methylation issues. It contains molybdenum, chromium and manganese as well, in, it seems, usable doses.Plus other nutrients. Everyone should read the label and make their own decision because we all have different requirements and sensitivities.I haven't figured out the genetics yet so I'm not sure that I need this formula, but I've found it to be gently energizing and it's now my vitamin C of choice.
