Exactly what I needed
I used it in a diy window a/c install. The joint was not smooth, it had screws and other hardware that made foam weatherstripping not work very well. This seals it perfectly! It sticks well to the side of the wood, but you must remember to press it down securely. It takes a bit more pressure than, say, tape, but it sticks well enough to get squeezed into place. It’s also pretty soft, but firm enough to work with. This is good stuff, and next time I’m avoiding the hardware store stuff and using this.

It does the job and is great!!
Used the strips to cover the underglow for my car, so the underglow wouldn’t be visible if u get low. It did the job perfectly! Now the red adhesive does come a little lifted but that doesn’t affect its purpose, I do suggest apply it with some heat to make sure the adhesive does stick though. Great product!!

Works great!
Product is as described, used to replace the cheap foam strip around RV door. Worked perfectly, has a good adhesive and stays in place. Recommend

Works but poor rubber material
Pros: Easy to apply as instructed; Functions fine while it lasts. Cons: Cheap rubber foam material started to deteriorate after a year or so; Hard to remove the glue before applying new strips

Excellent RV equipment door gasket
The equipment doors in my RV were leaking a LOT of water. I decided to pull the entire door and re-seal the gaps with a good grade of silicone sealant. I also replaced the tired gaskets on the door with these automotive grade seals rather than the weather stripping from Lippert. The gasket material is soft rubber and the 3M adhesive is excellent. What a difference, the interior is now dry, and these compress to make a nice tight seal. I have lots of seal left over from the package.

will not adhere
First off, this came stuffed into a bag that was way too small, The self adhesive tape was kinked and coming off before I even got it out of the bag. I cleaned and prepped the surface of my RV window and the tape would not stay adhered at all . The self adhesive tape seems to weak and small for the actual product. I do not recommend this product. Now I have to tape up the hole in my RV until I find a product that will work. Not a happy camper ( pun intended )
