The Jackery 3600 has been amazing. It powers all my everyday devices without any problems. I upgraded to this model because I needed more capacity, and it definitely delivers. What really impressed me is how fast it recharges. Way quicker than I expected for something this powerful. Overall, an awesome product and totally worth it!

Very easy to set up and charge with the panels. Gives us more peace-of-mind during our next power outage! Love the capacity to run our fridge and other critical electronics. Very heavey but easy to pull on it's wheels, like carry-on luggage.

I’ve been camping for years and have owned a few smaller power stations, but I eventually realized I needed something with more capacity. That’s why I went with the Jackery 3600 Plus, and wow — it absolutely delivers. It powers everything I need at camp, from lights and cooking gear to my mini fridge and Starlink. It’s made camping so much more comfortable and convenient. The charging speed is impressively fast, and for something this powerful, it’s surprisingly portable. The wheels and telescoping handle make it super easy to roll from the car to the tent or RV. The build quality feels solid and dependable。 Knowing I have reliable power not only for my outdoor adventures but also for emergencies at home gives me complete peace of mind. If you love spending time outdoors or just want a high-capacity, worry-free power solution, this one’s 100% worth it.

Outstanding piece of equipment. This unit is super compact- I really appreciate the fact it has wheels and a hide-away handle that makes it very easy to maneuver from room to room. It is powerful enough to keep my fridge, laptops, phones and my freezer running for days before it has to be recharged via the accompanying solar panels. I’d highly recommend this unit.

The tweak: PLEASE fix the app to notify me when solar charging falls below a number I specify, like 50W. That way we can tell of panels blew over, or the sun has "moved" behind a building. As is now, you have to keep checking if there's generation - although Bluetooth and WiFi are great, you still are required to frequently check. That should not be necessary. Please fix the app. Now the rest of the product review: everything seems as advertised, stout and high quality. The only drawback is proprietary connectors. Why? Why? If you use solar, you might start as I did with a pair of 200W to "learn the ropes". The Solar Sagas (included in my purchase) work as advertised. But a pair of 200W still take "forever" (at least 10 hours of nearly perfect sun) to charge 0 to 100% (though you might aim to use AC power to always stay in 70 to 85%). The point is that if you're fully dependent on solar (in woods, or power outage) you're highly likely to use up the 3000W (85% of 3600) real darn quickly (e.g. max of 2 hours of continuous room A/C use or 2 hours continuous 1500W heater, not counting refrigerator and other essentials). So you're going to need a ton of solar to even hope to keep up - and possibly will wish you had 3 of these, and many hundreds of watts of panels. Strong suggestion: aim for big 500W panels. The Jackery mechanism to "daisy chain" panels in series is stupidly expensive. Just get 2 big 500W panels and run 2 lines to the 2 D.C. inputs. (Tonto makes a more affordable extension cable BTW. If you keep the unit indoors, by a window, you are VERY likely going to want extension. $40 currently for a 5 M extension from Jackery.)

The Jackery 3600 Plus has completely changed the way I think about backup power. It easily keeps my household essentials going — refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, Starlink, and even the dryer — without breaking a sweat. We recently had an outage, and it kept everything running seamlessly. Getting it started couldn’t have been easier: plug it in, hit the power button, and you’re good to go. For something with this much capacity, it’s surprisingly easy to move. The built-in wheels and pull handle make it roll around like luggage, which is super convenient. Recharging is fast too. What really stands out is the durability and flexibility. The battery system feels solid.

Don’t do it ! We contacted Jackery prior to purchasing to confirm we could use our existing solar array & that our electric appliances wouldn’t over load this unit , we received responses back , in writing, that confirmed this unit would easily suffice . I’d not not , would not work with our existing solar array & our little microwave wave couldn’t be ran …. We we contacted Jackery about this , at first they said “ it maybe defective “ then “ they never guaranteed it would work with 3rd party solar panels “ and “ won’t warranty or provide after sale product support “ …. Then they tried to give us 25% discount to keep it ( we said NOPE) , then they said we would have to pay return shipping & handling !!!! Needless to say , we won’t agree to that & WILL NEVER purchase a Jackery Product again
