Last time I purchased this was in June 2022. Now I November 2022 the price has increased about 50%! There is no justification for that. 😢Other than that, the taste is pretty good. Even though it doesn't disolve easily, adding a fiber supplement to it makes it disolve much easier!

Decent flavor in this protein powder. I never felt bloated or sick after consuming. I would drink a standard serving 1 hour prior to training and a double serving 1-2 hours after training. My only complaint is that I had to shake my shaker bottle for what seemed like forever to get a good mix where I did not have grit or clumps. I tried three different bottles with the same result. Overall I had strength gains while using this product and I have been in the gym heavy training for more than 10 years. Gains were not massive or irregular, but consistent with using other quality products.

this product was approved for the "science based six pack" program by the coach i had a few year ago, and i checked again with the protein for breaking a fast and these ingredients are 100% okay, and none of the bad ingredients (according to Thomas Delauer) in a YouTube video titled "How to Choose a Whey Protein | Ingredients to Avoid (Keto Friendly)". The cost is great too for the size and type of high quality ingredients.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the price. It is a bit pricey for a protein powder. But I love everything else about it. You get a lot of protein, only 2g of carbs, and no artificial sweeteners. The taste isn't that bad either, tastes like any other protein, almost like nothing.
