Good for good body balance
I, as a person who has low back disc issue, use this product every morning right after getting up from the bed.Simply standing on this product with good balance (left/right) for about 5 mins, I feel my body get the right alignment of body.(If you use a mirror to see how good balance you are with on this product, it is better).I love this product, so strongly recommend this to anyone who has alignment issue (such as minor scoliosis).
