Excellent, fresh and tasty. I like that it is very mild and that flakes are relatively big. Using it with all meat and vegetable dishes I prepare.

I use this on literally everything. It’s amazing on eggs, in dips, just anything. The flavor is top notch. You cannot go wrong with this.

Purchased this for various recipes that specifically call for Aleppo pepper. It's good, though I don't the difference in quality vs other brands. Package size is good for fitting into spice drawer.

Who knew that I needed this spice in my life? I stumbled across this after watching Next Level chef. I love the fact that it provides that pepper flavoring without a lot of the heat. I do love good spice but sometimes you want the flavor without the heat. It is a bit pricey but so far I have found that it is good value for the price that was charged. I have found Aleppo in other stores, even Wal-Mart. I'm not sure about the quality of those but when this one is done, I will definitely be looking at other brands for comparison.
