Soundproof Wood Slat Panels
These soundproof wood slat panels offer an impressive combination of acoustic performance and décor enhancement. The deep walnut finish adds a high-end architectural look to any wall, and the textured 3D slat design provides the type of depth and detail typically seen in professional studio spaces The panels themselves feel well-constructed. The backing is dense enough to help absorb echo and reduce reverb, and once installed, they noticeably improve room acoustics—especially in home theaters, offices, and recording environments. While they aren’t full soundproofing by themselves, they make a measurable difference in clarity and noise reduction. Installation is straightforward. The panels can be mounted with adhesive or screws, and the seams line up cleanly, making it easy to cover large surface areas or create an accent strip. The 40 sq. ft. coverage from the 20-pack is a good value considering the quality of the materials and the finish. Installation is straightforward. Good quality finish, good coverage, and customizable installation earn it a solid recommendation.

I love my accent wall
I recently installed the Art3d 20-Pack Soundproof Wood Slat Panels in my living room, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! First off, the walnut color looks fantastic—it really adds a warm, rich vibe to the space. The panels were pretty easy to put up, and they cover a good amount of wall area, which was perfect for what I needed. I love the 3D slat design; it gives the wall some nice visual interest without being too overwhelming. As for the soundproofing aspect, there’s definitely a noticeable difference in reducing echo in the room. It feels cozier and more inviting now, which is exactly what I was going for. Overall, I highly recommend these panels if you're looking to spruce up an accent wall while also addressing some sound issues. They’re a great combo of style and function!

Quite thin, which limits the ability to absorb lower frequencies
I have a wall in my studio covered with another brand of these, and it works amazingly well. I figured I would use these to expand the sound absorption capabilities. These are attractive, and relatively small so you can easily fit them into the area you want to use them. However, where my existing slats have 1/2" of felt topped with 1/2" of wood slat (total 1" thick), these are a measly 3/16" of felt and 3/16" of wood slat, for a total of 3/8" thickness - less than half that of my existing system. I tried them anyway, using the included screws to mount them to my wall. I had to cut a couple of them, and this was easy to do because they were so thin, so bonus there. They do work - the absorption of higher frequencies is readily apparent. However, they definitely do not do anywhere near as good a job at absorbing low frequencies. This may or may not be a deal-breaker for you. For me they suit the purpose, but I wish that they had stated this on the original item description.

Style and sound control in one easy-to-install product!
This is the first time I've used a ;product exactly like this, I got it for the style but it's really marketed as an acoustic tile which had quite a surprising effect in my office! I mounted it behind my wall-mounted monitors creating an "feature wall" from the desk surface up to the ceiling and had the effect of dampening sound in the whole room which makes Zoom/Teams calls sound so much better! It also dampens any sounds happening in the garage (my home office shares a wall). They go up easy, each row goes against the last and creates overlapping seams for a uniform installation! The color was very accurate to the pictures, I love the "flat" finish on the color I picked over a high-gloss finish! You can cut it with circular saw with a very fine tooth (120T) blade and it cut smooth and easily! I put blue painter's tape because I was unsure if the venere would chip and it worked well so I can't really say if it would chip if you didn't use the tape. It's a great price if you need sound control and style in one easy-to-install product!

Good quality slats. The photos suggest the slats have more separation.
The quality of these slats are good. I already have a similar set from a big box store and for the price, these are very comparable and offer good value. These do a good job of minimizing sound bleed and isolating a room. They also just look good and while they won't be the most professional solution, they are effective especially for the cost. However, the product photos make these look like they have more spacing in between the wood but they are actually tightly spaced. It doesn't bother me, but if you are filling a larger room, you may want it for the visual effect.
