why aren't there actual tests results but instead we are told to "see the stamp" lol?

Because the level of faith and trust in a product you are purchasing to introduce into your body, a faith that test results, for what I assume you to mean, 'product authenticity testing', along with tests for adulterants and dilutants, and overall consumer product packaging claim veracity testing, would so succinctly confer, is expensive, and lends itself to an even more expensive word, accountability. In an industry where it is simply much more profitable to forgo the aforementioned testing, than to include it, since almost no restrictions or product veracity guarantees are imposed or required by law, in this industry, respectively, there is quite simply, very little incentive given to supplement manufacturers/distributors, to be so honest, and actually prove it. The only incentive you can give them is your business. There are companies that do the right thing in the supplement industry, and more are taking note and moving in that direction, because a growing segment of their customer base demands it, with their business. So, what is a guy looking for a deal to do? Try to purchase only supplements from manufacturers that DO verify their products' contents, or even better, verify and standardize the principle constituents of their products, as much as you can reasonably afford to do so. Also, attempt to purchase the remainder of your supplements from many of the large manufacturers that are starting to move in the direction of accountability, and withold your business from those who abstain from any semblance of accountability, and the few that are actually moving their companies ideology and practices in contravention of the concept of accountability... i.e. Healthee Oregeons

How can i see "3rd party lab tested for high quality" as you advertise? any proof of what you sell here?

I'm a bit uncertain what it is you want to see. There's the certification mark on the label stating lab tested and purity and potency. I think if you wish detailed information, the company and/or vendor would be able to help you.

I don't know, since it is found naturally in some fruits, grains and vegetables I would think those may be possible sources. I buy it for the Pterostilbene and this brand is a good value.

my go-to antioxidant

A really great formulation and 200mg per serving in 2 capsules, non-GMO and gluten free. Pterostilbene helps with mental focus and clarity, healthy brain function and cardiovascular health. It's been shown to be more effective than resveratrol. Optimally I've read that 240mg is the ideal amount when combining with NAD supplements so it's close. From NIH - "Substantial evidence suggests that pterostilbene may have numerous preventive and therapeutic properties in a vast range of human diseases that include neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, and hematologic disorders. Further benefits of pterostilbene have been reported in preclinical trials, in which pterostilbene was shown to be a potent anticancer agent in several malignancies [5]. Better Than Blueberries!
