Huh?
I’ve never gotten one of these. I’d love to have one, never got a chance to order one yet. Don’t know why it keeps asking me for a review.

Liner lock is poorly designed. Very difficult to get to it to unlock the open blade.
Very overrated knife. Lock is poorly designed and very difficult to access. I’d hate to try it in very cold weather. I mainly bought it because it has a long saw blade. The saw is only marginally longer than my Leatherman Charge. I would only recommend it for fair weather use and even then, the lock is a piss poor design. Don’t buy into the hype.

RangerGrip 58 Hunter - Nice and big pocket knife for hunting or fishing
This is great knife by Victorinox that easily opens with 1 hand. Use thumb to slid blade out to locking position and push in the insignia button to release blade lock. The knife has practical tools I use in a pinch(tools don't open with one hand or lock like blade).Best pocket knife I own and take hunting-fishing every time I'm out. Replaced old Winchester knife that I could carry every day, but no tools on Winchester. Winchester was my Grand-dads and will now be stored safely for memories. It's everything it says it is, just note it's big for pocket and every day use. For every day carry situation I bet someone could carry it if wearing something with a sorta big or baggy pocket. Some discomfort for me in front jean pocket (larger than keys, wallet, or cell phone). I do now carry a smaller pocket knife by Victorinox called midnight manager that isn't comparable for outdoors use, but helps me with everyday situations where I need a small blade or small tool for whatever reason.

Great gift for my friends!
Got two of these for friends who needed, good, working multi-tool type knives. Also got another for myself. LOVE the "secret" liner lock activator. Knives are Swiss sharp and the overall fit and finish is still up to par with the quality I expect from Victorinox. A solid buy for the money!!!

Vdery useful outdoor knife
This is a larger, more heavy duty version of the Victorinox knife. It is exceedingly sharp, and with a good balance of blades and tools for outdoor needs. Easily able to replace a small or mid-sized fixed blade knife in terms of capability - as long as you use it as a knife/saw and not an axe, hammer, chisel, etc. which is how some fixed blades are depicted. Its a bit too large for every day carry but perfect for backpack or fanny pack. The more I use this the more I like it. The combination of two different blades plus a saw actually makes it more useful and effective than my six inch fixed blade knife. The blades are extremely sharp and hold an edge quite well, especially considering how easy they are to resharpen.

Diferente a lo pedido.
Esta navaja es Ranger Grip 55, no es igual de robusta a la que ofrecen como producto, es muy facil confundirse ya que como esta hay 3 referencias mas que son muy parecidas.

When even the Swiss got cheap, there is something wrong with this World
Haven't bought tools of death for decades, but then it came - I am going again on geological field trip.So I decided to pamper myself with the best knives I know - bought Victorinox RangerGrip 58.Now , I understand that the gaps between steel parts are useful - especially when you wash your knife after skinning an animal. But the gaps between plastic scales of the handles and the metal are just poor quality Swiss job - they shouldn't be there -see the pictures how the light is passing between these gaps. . Plus the unlocking mechanism is just cheap plastic knob and lever with questionable quality and sturdiness.Very disappointed .

Good travel knife
Nice enough knife with useful long blade.4 stars because can opener sucks design-wise - personal preference - quality is very good.Note: To close long blade - press "Swiss" logo. Cut my fingers with wicked-sharp blade in the first 2 minutes, until i figured out how to close the main blade, as there is no instruction and mechanism is uncommon with most other knives!

Preciosa
