Assuming all products start at 5 stars, I dinged them 1 star for only sending 49 and not 50 pieces (down to 4 stars). For fun I emailed the seller asking if they would send the 50th or give me a partial refund ($0.60, haha, who cares but I just wanted to see what they would do since others have also complained of being shorted). The seller responded quickly saying that I would get the last chapstick and a partial refund. Well, neither happened. That cost them a 1/2 star far crappy customer service (down to 3.5 stars) A regular chapstick container is 2 and 8.5/16ths inches tall and contains a chapstick measuring 1 and 8.5/16ths inches. This brand has a container of 2 and 9.5/16ths inches (promising right?) but contains only 1 3/16ths inches of chapstick. (deceptive... lost another 1/2 star so down to 3 stars) This chapstick is not as hard as regular chapstick. What that means is it loses it shape easy. The top of the stick will always be irregular and uneven and when you press it to your lips, part of it goes onto the outside of the plastic tube which then makes a mess if you don't wipe it off. It also has somewhat of a gritty texture. It isn't unpleasant just a little odd. Due to its softness, it is very easy to apply more than you want. Dinged them a star for all of this getting them their 2 star rating. On a good note... the flavor of the vanilla is quite nice. It isn't vanilla though. It reminds me of the cake batter left over from when my mom would make poundcake when I was a child. My one friend who tried it really liked it. If you order this, you'll likely still enjoy it but at least hopefully now you are fully informed. Update: So out of pure curiosity, I wanted to see how far the rabbit hole went... The seller said I would have to contact Amazon as they are the shippers. I was provided the number. The seller also offered to refund the entire purchase. I called the Amazon number (for 1 chapstick right? haha.) Amazon immediately just said... keep the product, you get a full refund. I thought it was excessive but wasn't going to argue. So anyway... I bump them up to 4 stars as I can't give a bad star rating for something I did not pay for. At this point, I am tempted to buy the peppermint since it's basically half off now.

I’m actually really impressed with this Chapstick. I was expecting a limited quality because I was buying bulk however, the peppermint order that I placed after trying one of the chapsticks made my lips super buttery soft with the subtle peppermint note.
