Will these shrink with washing? The L is too long in the leg (I'm 5'10.5") and baggy at the waist (I'm 36", but fairly trim). Would M be better?

I'm 34 waist, 5'11. I prefer the large because they are easier to put on/take off. I normally wear jeans and heavy shirt underneath so if day warms up I just remove the coveralls and continue working. The large loose fit makes it easier to work in than a restrictive snug fit.

Is it made in the USA?

My tag says Made in Vietnam - good quality

Iam 6ft 4in and 180lbs whats the best size

I am 6'1” 230 and have an XL Tall. This is comfortable when a little baggy and has an extra couple inches in of height, but fine when wearing boots. The Large tall or XL Tall would work fine for you. I prefer it a little big.
